    Thanks. Yeah the 99 has the 5.3/4L60E combo. I am going to start with just the swap. Get the thing running and mod from there. Im thinking turbo since this will be kind of a tow rig for the Z sometimes.

    If you are thinking tow rig, why not get a power adder that gets boost just off idle...AKA Magnacharger? The new TVS1900 system is bad ass.

    I might have to look into something like that. So far I just want to get everything swapped and running. Once that has happened the sky is the limit.
