finally got the truck on the dyno. put down 322hp & 344tq at the wheels. this was on a dyno dynamics dynamometer, in third gear with the converter unlocked, air/fuel ratio was around 12.2 @ wot. my sig time is with open exaust out the y-pipe. dyno run was with stock catback, tailpipe, and aerochamber.

mods are as follows...
mail order nelson tune, cai, tb bypass, ls1 fans, tr220/112, 918's, pacesetter lt's & ory, aerochamber, stock catback and tailpipe, built 60e, tci sf3000, 4.10's & eaton.

here's the dyno sheet. top line is torque, bottom line is horsepower
enjoy...

Not just cause I tuned it, but damn good numbers for just a cam and bolt ons!!
The torque looks good too, smooth and flat, and it peaks right away.
The a/f ratio could be a tad leaner, but where it's at now, you can beat on the truck all day long with no problems.

Congrats on the HP number.

thank you again guys.
and yes allen is the man.
i was thinking the same about the a/f but like allen said, i beat on it everytime i drive it and it doesn't miss a lick.
i think i'm going to pull a spark plug today just to see what it looks like. when it wasn't at wot, the a/f was between 14 & 15. been thinking about a lil but that will have to wait until after i move to florida in jan.

Very nice numbers!

I had a hard time getting mine not to downshift on the dyno so we had to do 2nd gear pulls only. How did you fix that to get a 3rd gear pull.

thanks man. i don't know what was wrong with your truck. i let the owners of the shop take care of everything. he would bring it up in 3rd right below 3500 then just nail it.

With hpt, go to the trans bi directional functions, once the truck shifts to third about 40-50mph, turn off the 1-2 and 2-3 soleniods, you can then floor it and have a nice torque curve showing from 2200rpms.

let me know if it worked, you can try it on the street too.
