Aftermarket Add-on Injector/ Coil Harness for vortec to lsx swap?

Hey all I have a 2000 OBS Z71 Tahoe that I am putting an LQ4 into. Whichever wiring solution I end up I need to be able to read the vin from the obd2 port under the dash.

I've read that I can reuse the original L31 harness by switching a few pins around on the ecm connector as well as adding a few wires. I'm aware the injector plugs will need adapters.

Is there an aftermarket solution for these add-on wires? I'll be using a 2005 Yukon PCM

I think the L31 harness conversion might be a lot more work than modifying the LQ4 harness. Generally easier to remove stuff than add it in, ya know? As far as VIN and mileage, both can be flashed into the PCM along with deleting VATS by the tuner. Hope this helps some.
