Snapped output shaft, rebuilt trans, code c0055! Please help

Well long story short , i snapped the output shaft in half, had the transmission rebuilt by a reputable shop (bench job) and i removed/installed myself. Installed a Hardened output shaft .

have it all back together and of course abs and brake light came on and no 1-2 shifting and no speedometer.pulled codes said front left wheel speed sensor ,and rear wheel speed sensor.
replaced ,both sensors ,cleared codes , abs and brake came back on,checked codes and now its only showing c0055 rear wheel speed sensor curcuit malfunction. i replaced the sensor again but no go and speedometer is always dead.

i have checked grounds and all seam fine. Could i have shorted my PCM? any test suggestions are appreciated .

if there is no vss signal going to the pcm then start there, that's probably what is causing the no 1-2 shift, had that happen before.

check the sensor and make sure it's no beat up.
check wiring to make sure there are no cuts.

the no wheel speed sensor and abs stuff won't cause a no shift.
