    1995 C2500 ls1 swap

The old TBI 350 in my 2500 work truck just turned over 200k not too long ago, and with it being almost 20 years old I figure it wouldnt be long before it bit the dust. This is my first LS swap into an obs truck so bare with me!! Any help is greatly appreciated because I need a lot of it lol. So far here are the parts I have

-2000 LS1 motor with truck 78mm dbc intake
    - Custom EPS blower cam
    -Whipple side mount blower
    -Schoenfield headers
    -walbro fuel pump
    -dirty dingo mounts
-Nelson swap harness and nelson tuned pcm
-Clutch and flywheel for 6.0 nbs truck
    -earl/russel fuel line fittings

    Here is the truck

I stacked some of my parts under the Christmas tree shortly after the wife saw them...needless to say I found another spot for them! Lol

Im not much on wires, electronics, etc.....so i need some help figuring out what to do with the old harness?? Do I just leave it in the truck? Where the hell is the PCM on this truck? Do i need the original pcm? I know the nelson harness is pretty much a stand alone harness so im not sure how the abs system, windshield wiper motor, and things like that are going to work if i take the old harness out...

Just wanna take a second and give a big thanks to Nelson Performance. The whole crew is great and awesome to work with. Wanna give a special thanks to Allen for all his help. He has tuned every truck Iv ever had and tunes all my friends and families trucks. His work has always been excellent and he has always been quick to respond, whether it's business or just me needing help. He has been a big help during this swap as well

The paint job the schoenfield puts on their headers is absolutely pathetic. Most of it rubbed off in the box during shipping. My guess is they put the cheapest thing they can on them just to keep them from rusting. Anyways I cleaned off all the old paint and prepped and painted them with some VHT header paint I picked up from the parts store. Iv had good luck with this stuff in the past and it has ceramic in it. Kinda has a matte black look, I like it

    Thanks I sure hope so!

Got a good bit done today. Ended up going with 241 heads to lower my compression for boost so had to swap my valve spring kit over. Finished putting the motor together, then got motor mated to trans, and pinned the crank.
    Few pics of the progress

    Well the clutch and flywheel
Set up I have doesn't work so I'm waiting on my RAM 1550 flywheel and RAM powergrip clutch kit to come in before I can set the motor and trans in the truck
