    couple ac bracket questions

I'm a bit confused when it comes to my ac. I'm gathering info and parts for a 4.8/5.3 swap and I'm down to the ac part. I have a 95 and its a 134 unit, and I would like to keep it, what bracket do I need. I found the r4 bracket but not sure if it applies for the 94-95 units. Thanks guys

If your original compressor is mounted on the passenger side of the engine, then the link posted above by Chevydillan will work. It takes some tweaking but definitely works. I used it on my swap. I only had to scrounge up some different idler pulleys for some belt clearance issues.

I used the r4 a/c bracket from dirty dingo. Don't have to tweak anything, comes with tensioner pulley as well. Just cost $250 but i think its worth it.

Thank you all! Love the idea of the stock compressor and bracket! Not to wild with the fabrication neither. To bad all my accessories when with my old motor..
