    FNG from texas

My name is Fabian I'm from a small town oustide of Houston tx.
I've been lurking for a while and finally signed up. Just wanted to take a min to say hello and introduce myself. This will be my first ls swap but I'm no stranger to swaps. My first truck was an s10 blazer with a built 350 and 700r4 which I bought and built at 16.

My current project is a 90 single cab short bed. Its bagged to lay frame on 24s and I will be body dropping it and reworking the rear suspension.
I have procured a low milage 5.3 for it.
Here's a couple of pics from when I got her home.
I'll make a thread in the conversion section with more detail and photos. I've already learned a lot from this site and I look forward to helping out with the things I can.

Thanks guys, and yea its all stock and someone got spray happy and painted EVERYTHING red.
Dash, door panels, everything on the exterior...

It won't be kept stock tho, I already have wheels for it and ill be custom making a dash and all the interior panels. She will be a two/three year project I'm guesstimating and I've had her for almost a year. I'm trying to concentrate on the engine and chassis this year. Frame has been cut down for the bodydrop I just need to find the time to go get some square stock so I can box everything in.

Another Fabio! Welcome dude, cool looking truck. Is it a flat red colour, or just the pictures making it look like that?

It's all a satin, not quite flat but no gloss either.
I'm not a fan of red, so its gonna go in time for a classy twotone.
So how many fabians yall got here? My name is pretty rare lol.
