LS1 Efans in OBS with 6.0/4l80e..How to hook up with no a/c compressor

Bought some LS1 fans and ordered Nelsons ls1 fan harness. they are tunin my ecm to turn one of the fans on "low" once it hits 180 degrees. And they said when i turn my a/c on it will turn the other fan on high, but i dont have a/c so i was lookin for some input on how to make them do the same thing as one another, with out making a switch for them. I want the ecm to do all of the controlling. Any ideas?

I'd call Nelson and tell them what you want, mine was programmed to turn on one at 190 and the second at 210 or whenever the ac is turned on.

Yup they said I'd have to ground it and make a switch for the second one but I'd like to keep the swap as clean as possible

What I did on mine, put the switch in the pannel I built in my ash tray so it's not noticeable until I pull the ashtray down to turn it on

Thats a good idea, but I just dont want the inconvience of having to turn switches on ya know lol. Call me lazy but I like a nice clean look. I already have switches for my electric cutouts and neon lights that i hate, i really dont want to add anymore. As well as the wiring, i just dont want to deal with any more rats nests under the dash lol. I was hopin there would be an easy way of making both the fans do the same thing without a switch

What you want is two speed (aka series-parallel) fans. With this setup, the pcm will enable low speed(both fans) at a calibrated coolant temp of your choice, say 196°F. Then enable high speed (both fans) at another calibrated coolant temp, maybe 225°F. When operating in low speed, they are so quiet you can't even tell they're running. Surely NP can accommodate you. If not, pm me.

After rereading your original post, it sounds like NP is setting them up series-parallel. Maybe you misunderstood them on operation? That being the case, high speed is enabled by a/c (n/a in your case) AND extreme coolant temp. Since you have no a/c, you should be able to plug and play with their tune and fan harness. It should work like I was talking about in my last post.
