    '89 Silverado RCSB 2wd LQ4/4L80e/76mm turbo build

Well after getting a ride in my brothers turbo 4.8 I just couldn't resist!! I sold the engine and trans out of it and now have most of the money to do the 6.0 and turbo build.

    Mod list:
    -'03 6.0 engine with 216/220 cam and LS9 springs
-'99 4L80e with HD-2 shift kit and stock 2200 stall
-10 bolt rear with Detroit TruTrac and 4.10's
    -Turbonetics 76mm with .96 A/R turbo
-Home grown forward facing stock mainfold turbo kit
-Bed mounted fuel cell with in-line Bosch 044 pump and 95# injectors

    Truck:

    Fuel system plans:

    Parts received so far:

I also got me "eBay" BOV in the mail, I'm actually impressed for $75, although I did order a black one and this one is really dark green:

    Moar parts!

    Trans-Dapt #4595

CX racing intercooler part # IC0008:

    Core Size: 18"X12"X4"
    Overall Size: 25"x16"x4"
3" Inlet & Outlet on the Side
    4" Core

FIC 1000cc injectors, they flow 95lb @ 3 bar (43.5psi), 108lb @ 4 bar (58psi)... I just told him I wanted 80# injectors and he told me to reach my goal of 700rwhp on E85 I would need at least 95lb injectors so he sent me these LOL:

High Performance New Fuel Injectors - New Bosch - FIC FLOW MAX BOSCH , LS3, LS7, LS8, LS9 95LB FUEL INJECTOR - Fuel Injector Connection

A little update, I've got the engine put together and ready to go, I ended up installing a Melling High Pressure pump, LS2 timing chain, a 216/220 .525/.525 114 cam, and LS9 springs. Motor is a 2003 model with 202k miles and I was suprised how clean it was:

Here's what the truck/progress looks like lol

Everything sounds good, except you need 3.42 or so instead of 4.10s

What that cam and stall is fine for him, but not me? I know it's boosted.

Yeah, I know. Thing is, it already had the 4.10s when I got the truck and I'll be running a stock converter for a while, so it'll definitely help the 60ft for now. Future plans are 3.73s and a 3200-3400 stall
