2006 silverado 5.3 what gears should i go with

Im in the build up of my 06 silverado. It is a 2wd 5.3. so far cold air and exhaust is done. I have a pretty big cam being installed soon. I need a stall converter and i want to do away with my
limited slip rear end. I want both to spin not one tire! so what gears should i go with and what stall do you suggest?

What size is the cam and stall, thats the biggest thing to see what gears you need. What about tire size?

Im looking at a 2800 or 3000 circle d stall. The truck will be a daily driver for the most part. the tire size is 285-50-20.
cam is a comp cam. 281/287 gross valve lift intake- .595 exhaust- .605 duration @ .050 is 232/238 lobe separation 113.0

my goal is i want 12s out of this truck. i know it will take way more than what i got so far. any info, hints help out thanks

So closer to a 3600 thanks. Along with that I need a deeper Trans pan and Trans cooler right? Any particular brand or anything on the cooler? Does anyone have any dyno sheets showing their HP with a similar set up that I'm going with?

Bro, do some reading in the performance mod section of this board. It WILL answer a majority of your questions. Not tryin to be a dick, but do some research and if you still don't understand, ask some questions. In short: bigger cam needs a higher stall. Gears would be beneficial as well as a trans cooler so you don't fry your trans. Are you planning on building the trans to handle the power you want to make? Also, budget plays a lot into what you can and "should" do for mods.

Remember you can have only two of three things: fast, reliable, cheap
