    Question Drop Leaf springs

So im going to do a 2/4 drop and im thinking of going with drop 2" drop leafs and 2" shackles in the rear... Im wondering if anyone knows how the drop leafs will affect the ride. Will it make it smother, bumpier...etc

Also I wanna know if there is a recommended kit to go with. Im thinking Belltech, I found a nice kit for around $700.

The other reason im going with leafs too is because I think the leaf on my passenger side is bent... it seems like the passenger side sits about half an inch lower in the back then the driver side.

I have heard good and bad things about drop leafs. Good is that they are easy. Bad is that you can pretty much kiss putting anything in the bed goodbye. If you think the leaf is bent, get a stock replacement leaf, or set of leafs, and do hangers and shcakles IMO. I guess I just couldnt take the possibility of not being able to use the bed or ever tow anything again....

True, I figured I would lose towing but Im getting a stall soon and I heard you cant really tow anything with a stall either.... But if I ever did need to tow anything I bet that I could find a set of helper bags that are made for dropped trucks

Whoever told you that you can't tow with a stall is retarded. Sure if you're getting a 4k stall I could see that, but I know plenty of people who have 3600 and lower stalls that tow without any problems.

I guess it's really your decision.
