    Alarm/Remote start

I figured this was just as good as any place for this...

Anyway I've been wanting to do an alarm/remote start for a long time now, just havent had the money or really know what brand or anything like that. The last alarm I had was a normal Viper alarm only on my 73 Chevy.

Question is what brand is better than others...I am looking at the Clifford 50.7x right now, but dont know if there is anything out there thats any better?

Any and all help is welcome!

i have the viper 5901 on my F-150 DD and love it, to my understanding but i could be wrong that clifford and viper are basically the same thing.

This thing has alot of options, add ons, and features i still havnt figured it all out yet and its been on the truck for 6 months lol ( just learned what i needed to ) there is still a lot more this thing can do i just need to read in my owners manual i guess lol

The remotes on the mid range clifford kits look almost exactly the same as the viper remotes. I will prolly end up buying a viper or clifford myself. Found a couple on sonicelectronics for about 150ish.

Got mine for about that and cost $200 to install it. Best $350 mod I have done so far IMO
