Okay time for a altitude adjustment

I was talking to my lady about new wheels and tires and turns out it needs new shocks too never had shocks(120,000 miles). So I mention we should drop the rear 2 in to level it out. She says I hate dropped trucks and she asks me to lift it instead. Well I figure might as well do it all at once. So its going up and needs new wheels tires shocks and some kind of lift. I am looking to stay on a budget and don't want it sky high either.

Here's what it is:
C1500 ECSB 4.8L SLE Charcoal Grey
Current Stock to the Bone with drop in K&N

So.... I am thinking 1-3in lift with some kind of Rim and tire package Budget=+/- 1350
I would like to maybe see some 16's or 18's black or Gun metal near stock tire height.

I have seen lift spacers from 40$ up and spindles for like 400ish. I would like it to sit level so I might get 1in block if it goes up in front 3in.
Thoughts? Recommendations?

I would suggest a shackle flip in the rear or an add-a-leaf. I had a block lift in my rear, clipped a curb turning into my buddies shop and the blocks walked out from under it. Axle wrap is bad too with lift blocks.

no doubt, lift blocks should be outlawed. Recurve the springs, get an add-a-leaf or get mounts that replace the factory mounts on both ends of the springs. Lift spindles on the front should be safe.

This is basically what I had fabbed up, if you don't have sweet steel fab skillz like myself, the 4" flip kit isn't a bad way to go.

I may also go with a 1in level kit from daystar just the spacers for the front.

I know im all over the place but where is the cheapest place to get SSS wheels? Just trying to get some different ideas going. Cheapest place I have found is street dreams for 190each
