    Painting my factory gmc 20s

    I have been tossing the idea around a lot and i want to paint them a dark gray. gunmetal gray or whatever. anyone got opinions on how itd look on my red truck? and what paint you recommend? and how to do it... any tips..

    I love black on red. Hit em with some scotch brite really good, then get on Amazon and order some VHT primer, VHT gloss black, and VHT clear.

    i like black too, but its all there is in my town. thanks for the tips though. im gonna think on it.

    I'd powder coat them. Usually runs 50-75 a wheel, plus whatever dismounting and mounting and balancing the tires cost you. You'll get a better finish that's more durable, looks 5 times better. And very little actual work on your part

    +1 on black. Black and red never looks bad.

    i like black and red alot too im just tryin to stay away from what everyone else is doing. might do it though.

    and yeah i probley should get them powerdercoated. ill have to have some differnt wheels to roll on during the mean time.

    Gunmetal would look pimp, just have them powdercoated and be done with it.

    If you bring me just wheels I can get them done for cheap.. 40 a wheel im in ft worth see ur in okla how close to ftw? I am roving to get mine gunmetal he showed me his grey colors and gun metal is what I was most impressed with...
