    Need help with swap...plz...

    Im swapping an 05 lq4/ 4l80 in2 my 94 gmc ecsb and was wondering wud am i supposed 2 do about the ac? i know of moving the bracket? or basically wud am i supposed 2do about the ac? i have no clue and need sum advice plz....thx 4 reading...

    well you'll probably want to install the engine as far back as possible, so you can't notch the frame; hotrodlane.cc has a conversion kit for it, or others will suggest another a/c bracket they are using, i can't think of the guy/shop who makes them.

    wut about currentperformance.com for the ac bracket and lines???

    Yep, Notching the frame isn't the best idea. Mine was like that, and the a/c lines just kept snapping anyways. Plus the condenser and a/c compressor don't really like each other to much and always freeze up after being turned on to long.

    well i called street and performance and they wer telling me 2basically change out my ac system???does ne1 hav ne ideas on how i can use my ac with this 6.0...and where i can get the parts for this?

    get the JoshPowers bracket and keep your stock stuff.
