It was good for quick tech help if someone happened to be in the room at the time but I found we were answering the same questions over and over. If they ask it in the forum then it could be searched for an answer in the future. All good information posted in the chatbox was dumped regularly.

theres lots of things better than ls1 chat, like bike ridding, golfing, slipNslids, and working on the truck just a few things that are better at 1am than during the day

besides a place for me to bs it was a good place to ask questions because anytime some newbie asked a question that has already been asked in the forum he get the ole ''USE THE SEARCH'' from everyone and in the chat he could just asks and maybe someone would have an answer

I just love it when FNGs come in here thinking they know everything and they start answering question and are so far off base they might as well be fishing for whales with a fly rod.
