1999 gmc sierra 4x4 not working

went to take it out of 4x4 auto and put it into 4x4HI and all the lights on the switch went out and now its stuck in 2 wheel.I checked all the fuses on the side of the dash and looked for a relay or a bad fuse under the hood. what else could it be i am stumped.any help would be great thanks

i Just rechecked all the fuses again under the hood. it was the ATC Automatic transfer case fuse. thanks for the help
