I bought my header flanges from www.crateenginedepot.com, they had the best price at the time and they are genuine GM flanges, almost 1/2" thick.

bought my header flange from GM. went to dealer and they have them listed in the performance parts catelog. 7/16 they mic out to

that should get you want you want, or mount a set of Corvette manifolds upside down, there are a lot of guys with them sitting in a corner not being used.
