Transmission shifting Early after being built

I got the transmission built to handle a lot more power by a local builder, and at the same time had a Trailblazer I6 Converter put in.

at WOT it shifts at 4800-5k, no matter what gear.

Will this tune out when I get my tune, or do I need to have it looked at again?

it sucks, right when I start pulling hard, it shifts...

I have a buddy that is going to tune it via HPT.

then after the new cam and nitrous is on, its getting thrown on the dyno.

it just sucks to pull hard as crap, fall on its face, then pull hard again...lol.
