WELCOME!!! I'm going to say that motor won't last to long with a turbo. So I say the first thing you should do is buy a 6.0L.

    Welcome

I would begin by either rebuilding buying yourself a new motor. Wouldn't exactly recommend turboing a 309K mile motor

Welcome. Im glad you finally spoke up! With 300k on the ticker it may be time to get a motor like was said. A lq4 can be picked up for a decent price if you search around and they love boost. Be a good starting point. Aside from having bigger cubes once you get a few things done to it it will be much better then where you are before you get a turbo put on.
