    Newbie From the Mile High City

    hello everyone, i have a 92 regular cab short bed with a tbi 5.7 that runs great but is pretty gutless compared to new trucks. So i baught a LQ9 out a escalade and am gonna atempt a swap along with T56 that i still need to find. Ive already had one post and you guys have answered all my questions with good advice, somthing i did not recieve after 20 posts of the same question on fullsizechevy.com!!

    Welcome over to LS1truck. Not to brag, but we know a thing or two over here... There have been several members who have already done your swap. WTFan18 is the main guy you should talk to. Although he did a 5.3L swap, he did mate it to a T56.

    ahhh, someone else cramming a lsx/t56 in an old truck.
    you will love it.
    Ask away, there are several options and opinions, but not a difficult swap.

    It will be fun to drive when you get it finished.
