    New from Missouri!!!

Hello, my name is Robert from Springfield, Missouri! I am preparing to do a 5.3L in a 69 GMC...I already have the engine/wiring/computer, I just need to sell my 82 Chevy to buy the 69 from a friend... Have browsed on the site and found alot of useful information as well as some good pointers. I will post as soon as I get it going and update it regularly!

Oh man...gotta sweet project coming here. Like Ricky said--that body style is pretty sweet--especially in the RCSB fleetside look. Good luck with selling your truck and getting the swap started!

The 69 is a LB fleet. It is in near perfect condition as far as body, one spot of rust on the driver rocker panel. The interior needs to be cleaned up but was painted 1.5 years ago with the rest of the truck. I will get some pics and post.

Hey Custom68! Good to see you here! If you get a chance, can you give me some pointers on what you did on your truck with the swap? I would like to get some ideas of what I am getting into!
