I noticed lately that the site has become lax to the use of profanity. I really enjoy that this is a clean site. Please refrain from the use of profanity. Mods, please be more strict enforcing this.

83 views and 3 post, does that tell you something? who freaking cares, if you dont like the words damn, damn it, and any other common word thats used everyday on any site on the web then you all need to graduate from elementary school and move on..


on a side note the ones that do spit out a curse word here and there are the ones that usually know what they are talking about, read more post you'll see so much miss informed ( misleading) info on this site its begun to get stupid unfortunately i like this site and keep coming back but the lack of new info has gone down the ..

Agreed with the last 2 posts. Some things your not going to get away from, cursing is going to be one of them. This is a public site, with people from all over the place. Some people handle there selves in a diff manor.. If the post is some what informative, who cares if it has cursing in it.. Hell they saw a ton of it on TV now

Cursing makes you appear ignorant because you can't find another word to express how you feel. Now I'm not saying all cursing is bad, but to have to sit and actually type it on the net you have time to find another way to express yourself. There is a time and place for it, but on the net is not the place. Otherwise this site will turn into GMFS.

Wow, LOL. the responses are funny. I said i liked that aspect about this site. I can curse up a storm just like the next person, it doesnt mean i want or need to do it. If following rules is that hard then i'm not the one that needs to graduate from elementary.

Posting Guidelines for LS1Truck Forums

LS1Truck forums were established in 2002 to create a friendly environment for automotive enthusiasts to interact in a laid back, family-orientated environment. In order to foster this friendly interaction and create an environment where enthusiasts feel comfortable posting and hanging out, we have created a set of rules and guidelines which all members are asked to follow. These rules are general in nature, as it is impossible to spell out every possible reason that may result in a thread or user id being locked, deleted, or edited.

The rules are as follows:

1. Expletives

No swearing is allowed. If you are not sure if a word is allowed it would be better to do without. If you use symbols in place of a word that is not allowed and it is clear that the word meant is in violation of these rules, you will receive an infraction. If you receive 3 infractions within a 30 day period you will automatically be banned from use of this website for a period of 30 days starting from the date of the first infraction received. If you feel you have received an infraction without due cause you may appeal the infraction by emailing admin@ls1truck.com. You will receive a confirmation email confirming that your case has been received with a case number and a form to fill out. Any form that is not completely filled out in all fields will be considered a statement of withdrawal of the case and an admission of guilt. A decision will be reached within 30 days of the date the email is received by an unbiased third party with no association to this website, its owners, or any subsidiary of this site. If found innocent any and all charges incurred by the investigation will be paid in full by this website and normal membership will be restored/reinstated immediately. If found guilty you will be held liable for any costs incurred by the investigation, independent third party costs or any debts or fines that may accrue from the investigation. If found guilty you will have 30 days to pay in full any balance owed. After 30 days a late fee of 12% will be added to the cost of any debts or fines. If debt remains unpaid after 60 days the debt will be turned over to a debt collection agency and all legal recourse of collecting this debt will be used. Any information considered as private (email, address, SS#, etc...) that is held by this site or any site affiliated with this site will be used in an attempt to collect any debts, fines owed. This process is necessary to keep this site fair for all peoples of any age group regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation etc...
