    4l80e center support wear.

Ive got what i think is considerable amounts of wear on my center support where the 4 teflon rings are. I have searched all my books and googled the crap out of the topic and cant find a thing! The part my thumb is on measures 1.997 and the bore it fits into measures 2.062 seems a little much to me. Ive used similar seals in hydraulic cylinders used in a push pull application instead of rotating and they had to hold much closer tollerences than that. Any of you transmission gurus that have been so helpful give a little input?

I'm no tranny expert but .065 is way to loose for any fit that rotates.
