    Fuel Lines????

I'm currenty in the processof swapping a 01 5.3/4l60e combo into my 93z71 and have a question about the fuel lines, i know there's the supply and return up to the rails but there does the third line go that's running with the supply and return?

Any help is greatly appreciated cause I've been working on this swap off and on (money permitting since march) and am getting it pretty close to firing it up...

That's the evaporate/purge line for the tank

Where should I run it back too cause I can only remember my tank having 2 lines? I've bought swap books and read a ton of articles on this swap and none have mentioned that line.

runs from the fuel tank to the evap/charcoal canister and then from the canister up the evap purge solenoid on the intake. Its purpose is to take the fuel vapors created in the fuel tank and burn them off in the engine.

you can keep the evap line and the feed line and the return line all functional.
the new evap purge solenoid is just behind the intake on top of the intake.

Thank's for the info I went out and tied all my lines into the truck and saw where the line hooks up after reading the description and looking at the top of my charcoal filter from my truck I saw where the purge and the tank lines hookup. So now all I have left is to tackle is my wiring and install my Edelbrock (walbro 255lph) fuel pump and be ready to try to start this beast. Man I really can't wait....
