    fuel line adapters

My project got put on the back burner and I'm getting back to it now. I've got a 5.3 in an off road rig and I need to get the fuel lines plumbed. I'm using a tank out of a '90 Suburban and I've put the high pressure pump in the tank and I plan on running 6AN lines for pressure and return. At the engine end I need to get Russell 640850 for the 3/8" and 640860 for the 5/16" but I can't find the adapters at the tank end. They are o-ring fittings and I haven't been able to find the numbers to adapt them to 6AN male there. Anyone got numbers for those?

A photo of your tank fittings would be great if you have one. Aren't the tank fuel nipples just males, that you can use the same Russel adapters on? Or are they the metal female machine thread type?

be nice to retain those o-ring fittings.

Here is what I did on my 79 with the 87 sending unit.

I used tube to AN6 no leaks, 3 years and counting

I guess that I could have been a little clearer on what I was using and I probably would have had better results. I am using a '91 Suburban tank with a newer fuel pump but the important part is that the outlet and return are male o-ring fittings and Earl's makes adapters to 6AN: 9894DBJERL female 16mm x 1.5 "Saginaw" and 9894DBHERL female 14mm x 1.5 "Saginaw".
