what harness will work with LQ4?
Just got a little money so its time to start my swap! So, I have found a few LW4 motors but most are missing the harness. So will a harness from say an LS1 or 5.3 work? Also I'm shooting for about a '06 motor. What year harness will work for me?

Ok, Sorry dudes i was typing that on my phone so i was trying to keep it short. Now im back home and on the comp. So, I have a 90 Chevy suburban. 3/4 ton 4x4. Its got a tbi 350 in it now and is really all stock. So im planning on just swapping out the 350 with the 6.0l (LQ4). Im just not finding alot of motors that have the harness with them. I would like the swap to appear/seem factory. There fore, I want to keep the cruise control (DBW), A/C, etc. I want it to seem like the 6.0 was put in there at the factory in '89. Also, Ideally, I would like to mount the computer where the stock one is now under the dash. So im thinking i will have it reworked (probably have that and the comp done by Jim's Performance) to lengthen it. Any more info needed? The motor will be left totally stock with the possible exception of headers. Thank you guys! I know it should be a searchable question but damned if i can find it!

Good question, I think I'm going to stick with the stock th400 and the stock LQ4 DBW throttle body.

What transmission does your burb have? 400? 700r4?
