radiator change required when going from 5.3 to 6.0

Going from a 5.3 to a 6.0. I didn't know it but my 6.0 came with an oil cooler. Do i need to run this oil cooler? If so do i need to buy a 1500 HD radiator to hook it up. Also will a HD radiator fit my my truck or would i have to change the radiator support.
    Thanks, Jim

No real need for it. You can use the 5.3 oil block instead of the 6.0. Rad will fit no problem. You can buy the oil lines for around a hundred bucks. I use to have the hayden part number but I lost it. I used a billet block to supply my turbo and oil cooler. Only reason for the cooler on my truck is the turbo.
