    Hi Guys,

I've been lurking for a few days and this looks like
a great group. I'm sort of in the minority with a 4.8L.
Fate handed me a 4.8 engine and an old S10 truck.
I'm going to combine them for good mental health & timeslips.
I have lots of tuning experience with GMC Syclones & Typhoons,
and believe that out running my old Syclone with this engine
should be easy. Relavent to this build, I have a pair of
Syclone turbos and a pair of GN Turbos. Also
an Electramotive TEC-II, but with a closet full
of Syclone ECMs, I'd like to use one for this build.
I *think* the FAST Edist product will allow it, but I'm not sure.
My goal is a streetable drag truck. I have a TH350 & loose
converter already too. I have a decent size garage,
three different types of welders, a milling machine,
beer, wine, jumper cables, cats, dogs, etc.
    I'm a 45 year old cheap-azz junkyard kinda guy.
Of course I have questions, but for now I just
want to take in the vast wealth of knowlege
    and experience flowing by.
    Thanks,
    Mike V Cleveland, OH

Sounds like you and I like the same kinds of projects! I bet that will be one fast truck you are planning. Hmmm I think I know where a spare 4.8L and a s-10 are, now some turbos wine beer welders ect!
