my steering wheel doesn't lock when the key is removed from the ignition. its been like this ever since i bought it. any ideas on whats wrong with it and how i can fix it??? does the radios theftlock feature have anything to do with it??

Your steering wheel will not lock. That's the way it's made.

It was a running change in 01 or 02 meaning they changed the design in the middle of the year. Right through those years a lot of stuff changed...
Winged or not winged ignition cylinder
No cabin filter
No underhood light
No foot well lights
99's have gray window and lock switches
Compass and temp in the rear view
etc...
