    Shift Kit? Picture Added

I got my Camaro Trans apart today and the 3/4 check ball slot has been welded shut. Could this be part of the shift kit that it has in it? It has a transgo kit in it.

When I got this trans the 3/4 clutches were out because they couldnt hold up to the camaros turbo setup. Could the check ball hole being welded be what caused this?

It's probably some sort of mod. This is why it's so hard to do one after 12 other people with their ideas have been in it.

BTW, 3-4 clutches burnt is the number one common failure on the 60/65/70 and has little to do with a turbo....although that would make it worse. We see them with 25K miles and 3-4 clutches burnt.
