    Fuel system help

Alright so for a couple months now my truck has been running rich. I have so much carbon inside my exhaust tips. Some poeple tell me carbon build up is a common problem with an exhaust system with a tight bend.
So yesterday i went to run a civic si and it bogged down when i took off Then after about 3 grand on the tac it was fine ran like normal. Its like it was getting too much or too little fuel. Now it never seems like it runs lean. I've never had a problem with detonation. The plugs have a nice layer of carbon on them. also now when im at lights it misses real hard in a random sequence. When before it was more of a shake.
So I got a fuel pressure gauge from work and ran it under my windshield wiper and watched it for a day.
At idle its a constant 49 on decel its like 45.
But when i get on the gas and it bogs down its at like 42 then goes to about 57 58.
I don't know what the pressure should be to the rails.
So if anyone could tell me what they think is wrong and what it should be at the rails it would be nice.
Also, I've been having a walbro pump at my house for ages that I've never put on.
Does anyone think that if the pump is the problem that i should change the module too.
and where would I get the module without the pump in it.
If its the fuel pressure regulator is there a better aftermarket one that would be good to use with a walbro pump?

That fuel pressure is below spec. The stock replacement pump from GM comes with the module and level sensor. As far as the Walbro goes, I think others here have modified their stock modules to fit it.
