Its not a straight swap but its easy to modify the mounts to fit. Go to ebay and search for LS1 engine mount adapters. They're cheap. You'll need electric fans, fuel pump and a few misc item. Check out the LS1 conversion topic sticky for details on conversion. The old style mounts are not the same as the Gen3+ mounts.
