I won this last night on ebay for $62.61 and it includes everything in the picture. Everything is brand new, Not bad huh? I decided to go with the truck compressor because it's smaller than the camaro I have now. Looks like I'll sell the Camaro compressor pretty cheap, it doesn't have evry many miles on it.

I'd hang onto the camaro stuff until you know the pullies will align. There is a depth difference between the pulley alignment on the corvette/fbody/truck.

Pulley alignment diff? I know the 4.8/5.3/6.0 motors with OEM brackets will mount behind the serpentine belt. There's actually a second (short) belt to run the compressor with the crank.

Red... is this what you're talkin' about? LS1 vs. truck setup?

I've already measued my 6.0 and it's the same as my 5.7. Thanks for the heads up though.

The crankshaft pulley sits at different depths from the three engine accessory types.
Dimensions are from the round boss on the front cover to the rear of torsional dampner pulley.

    Corvette 0.600"
    Y-body 1.000"
    Truck 2.25"

Hey bro I'm a machinist! LOL Measure once cut twice LOL!!! I could have measured wrong. You're usually right RHB. If so I'll get an underdrive truck pulley.

You will have to get truck accessories and brackets to align with the truck pulley if you do that. Maybe the camaro a/c pulley will transfer and correct the alignment if it is off. Just guessing there, though.

Right as usual bro! LOL I took measurements on a 5.3, 6.0 and my 5.7 and looks like the only differnce is the A/C belt location on the crank pulley. I'm gonna take a better look at my pulley when I get home to see if I can machine the serpentine grooves all of the way to the main drive belt grooves. If not this will be a good time for me to build a custom underdrive pulley.

Ok guys, give me some feedback here. I measured 6 trucks/cars today and got different measurements in this location. Measure form the passenger side head to the back of the tensioner pulley and let me know what you get.

This is what I came up with:
    99 Camaro and got 5"
    2005 5.3 and got 5 1/2"
    2005 HO 6.0 truck got 5 5/8"
    2004 5.3 5 1/2"
    2002 WS6 and got 5 1/4"
    2004 6.0 5 1/2"

I used a starett 6" scale and layed the 1" flat across the face of the head and measured to the back of the tensioner pulley itself. Let's see what you guys come up with. I was looking at machining my crank pulley but might move the compressor back instead or try the WS6 clutch on the truck compressor if it will fit. I'm taking pictures of all my mods as I go and will have instructions and templates for future conversions to help LS1Truck members out. The easiest way would have been the S&P bracket.

    Thanks
