A Few Wiring Questions Since I Lost My Notes...

I am so close to getting my Tahoe back on the road, I think, but my wiring notes are nowhere to be found so I am hoping I have some easily answered wiring questions.

I purchased a 5.3 from a 2002 Tahoe to replace the tired 5.7 in my 2 wheel drive 97 Tahoe. I am using the original 4L60E.

On the 97 Wiring Diagram it shows that the injectors are getting their power from the pink wire located at position J8 on the Under Hood Fuse Box. Do the pink wires for the 5.3 injectors connect to that same spot?

The bulkhead plug, C100, under the master cylinder has a brown wire coming out of position E5. Looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like E5 should not have a wire coming through because my Tahoe is not a 4x4.

I'm not certain but it shouldn't matter I don't think. The 2002 donor vehicle probably had 2 different power feed wires for the injectors, for redundancy/fuse sizes maybe? Might want to check a wiring diagram for the 2002 donor vehicle.

The wiring diagram above is the fuse panel on the side of the dash and the only C100 connections I see are the transfer case select switch, electronic brake control module, and vehicle control module. Anything depicted in the diagram and NOT used should be taped back in the harness from the factory I suspect. But I'm not 100% on that.
