Just finished swap. Then blew it up

Just finished my swap lq9 into obs. Started it to check things out. Started right up. Idled for about 3 minutes. Shut it off to double check a few things. Then started it again. Once it started it blew a hole in my.oil pan. Wtf could cause this? No knocking no issues at all on first start then BOOM. !!? now I have to start over. Pull this motor and find a new one. Pissed to say the least. This pic is from under the truck. Drivers side front of the oil pan

no but when I started tearing it apart I noticed one of the injectors was still leaking fuel.. if it loaded that cylinder with enough fuel could it being hydrolocked and the combustion of the other chambers cause this? its the only thing I can think could cause this it ran great when it ran.. about 5 minutes span of injector leaking fuel into the cylinder.. and it wasn't an occasional drip it was dripping pretty steady.. anyways its out and on the garage floor new one will be here this weekend then I start over..
