ls6 heads n cam

I recently put ls6 heads n cam in my 2000 lq4 having valve train noise. Also have heads shaved .025 has anyone ran into this? Have seen quite a few posts with others using a 7.425 push rod over the stock ls1/ls6 push rods thanks for any input!

There are a few key items missing from your post that would greatly help all of us help you out.

1) did you change the valve springs?
2) are you using hardened pushrods?
3) did you replace the old lifters with new ones?
4) did you change the the oil pump/timing chane and gears while you were there?
5) what head gaskets did you use?
6) what head bolts did you use?
7) did you use a pushrods length checker?
8) please be more descriptive on the "noise"..... IE only on cold starts, while driving, at idle, one side vs. the other, high RPMs...etc
9) did you change the injectors?
