Efan is easy so yes. Pass thru has only been done enough to pass dlc port and misc wiring.
ECM wiring requires a large count pass thru connector. So no on that. Haven't been happy with the two mating connectors we've found. Very soon tho.

At my place of employement we use connectors from a co named harting, might be worth looking into.
