any OBS small block will have the two middle exhaust ports almost touching rather than evenly seperated like the LS and big block engines.

Pretty much any non-LS engine they put into older (pre 1999) trucks: 350, 305, 454 ect

The 88-98 trucks were GM designation GMT400. That is the body style that is typically known as an OBS (Old Body Style). OBS is not really a good description because it is already outdated and will be even more so when the next body style comes out.
