Do I have the wrong trans?

I'm in the middle of my project and I don't know if my trans will work with the gen 3 computer. I've been following the lisas tahoe project from S&P, and they mention that the 94 and older trans won't work with the gen 3 computer. My truck is a 95 and I'm counting the pins. There are 12 down the middle of the connector, and 4 on either side of the 12 pin row. S&P mentions that if its a 12 pin that it wont work. Does my trans sound like its the right or wrong one?

since 95 was tbi, i would say thats the wrong one. might have to upgrade to 96 and up.

I think 96 and newer are a 13 pin.

change out the trans valve body harness to the newer 13 pin style
