    Your Opinion on DBW pedal relationship to throttle plate

    Question,

    It seems that a little throttle pedal movement causes a lot of throttle plate movement on my throttle body. I have been driving my truck for about 2 weeks and am realizing that I really have to pay attention to how far i push the pedal. Otherwise, it seems like I am flooring the pedal with just normal pedal movement... Is there an adjustment in the software for this?

    Has anyone else noticed this on DBW engines?

    Thanks,

    Z-Rod

    pretty sure there is a table in the software in regards to the relationship of pedal/plate movement

    Thanks DaveIROC,

    My appointment with Nelson is this afternoon... I will have them look into this. I am on my 3rd tank of fuel since install and am very happy.

    1st= 9 mpg
    2nd=13 mpg
    3rd= 15 mpg

    all in town driving and with my foot in it a lot.

    Can't wait for my first road trip. Best mpg with old 5.7 TBI was 16 on highway. I bet I can hit 18 mpg highway now.
