88 conversion

i have an 88 chevy silverado and im dropping an 06 4.8 ltr in it. just wondering about the power steering and a/c and if i have to rip out all of the original stuff and put in newer generation components and parts? and if so, do you have any reccomendations on where i should get the parts

if not i know street and performance makes a conversion mount. im not sure how your frame works out but on my 84 alls i have to do is notch the frame and i can use the lsx truck compressor. i still have to get lines made up though.

theres a kit to keep your stock AC its like 315shipped with everything you need

of affordable a/c fittings, hose, etc., for our conversions, give Automotive Air Conditioning Parts & Equipment - WWW.ACKITS.COM a try. They helped me stop pulling my hair out, lol.
