Hello people. Just wanted to say hey from east/central Illinois. I am in the very early stages of building my first truck from the ground up and will for sure need so help. The plan is a slammed '51 Chevy 3100 pickup motivated by an LH6 5.3 with a 4L60E. Ive never mig welded, slung bondo, painted anything or wired up and tuned an LS. When continually asked how I plan to accomplish this I simply smile and say "I'll figure it out somehow". Looking forward to the adventure.

Right now there's not much too look at. Everything is blown apart except for the engine. Im just searching out and buying puzzle pieces right now. Once I get the tranny and rearend I will start working on the chassis. Then maybe post some pics for anyone interested.
