LQ4 intake and heads
I have an lq4 dropped in a 2000 standard cab step side bed 2wd with a 4l80 transmission behind it. I have recently started to modify the motor. I am able to get a set of the 243 casting z06 heads with the dual valve springs and sodium filled valves for less than a grand. I decided to go this route due to cost as opposed the chevy aftermarkets for it. I need to know if my stock intake will work on the 243 heads or will I have so get an ls1 or ls6 intake? I already have the cam and am just waiting to see what else I need before I start.
