What size air intake elbow do I need?

I am getting ready to order a rubber elbow and air filter for my 6.0 swap and I was just curious what size elbow I need to get (diameter wise, length too)? The throttle body is a DBW from an 06 2500HD. I have measured the TB and the stock air box fitting and they are giving me conflicting readings so I thought I would just ask here. Also is the mass air flow sensor the same diameter?

Also would rubber or silicone be better for the elbow? Didn't know if the silicone would be stiff enough to support the MAF and air filter.

Also if anyone wants to post up a pic of your CAI I wold like to see them.

    Thanks

My MAF seems to be just a bit smaller than my elbow. I have pictures if you need them.
