Unhappy Truck runs like crap need help troubleshooting

Went and picked up my truck from the exhaust shop today and it runs like crap. I didn't make it halfway home before it shut off on me. Its running real rough and smoking real bad and from what I can tell the smoke is fuel (black and takes your breath). When first cranked up it idols fine then it all goes to **** after idling/running for about min to min and 1/2.
Tired ol' 5.7, 5.3 swap in progress

Tune maybe but it's just now alive so it's tough to blame it on that yet.

Fuel pressure too high? Regulator has vacuum, no?

Does it misfire or just over-fuel lope?

I am guessing just over-fuel lope. Could bad 02's cause this much problems?

Yes, but not likely considering the swap and all.

    You're missing something.

Does it run good under load?

    Will it go?

No it does not run good under load and it will barely go. It kills itself like its getting too much fuel...
