    I searched but no results

I have not changed anything on my truck. EVERYTIME I DRIVE IT, it will throw P0101 MAF circuit Low. ive checked connections. and all are good.

It doesnt matter if I delete the code at a stop sign, as soon as I start going it throws it again. The truck seems to be alot more lopey all of a sudden. I have my aeroforce set on RPMs and it used to only drop to 660 or so, and ever since the code has poped up its been dropping will into the 5s. Could it just be I need to clean the MAF?

TIA. I searched but didnt find much useful info.

    Daniel

Have you checked for any vacuum leaks between te MAF and the TB? Typically, this DTC code is tripped because of a loss in vacuum--like a band clamp being loose, a hole in the intake plumbing between the MAF and TB...

Have you checked to see the strength of the electrical signal in ohms at the MAF?

If all else fails, look at this thread: P0101

I have not checked for leaks, I will tonight. At lunch time my Idle was dropping to the 300s it has never been that far down. The aeroforce measures MAF frequency. Could i look at that reading and see anything?

Well Daniel, you can do two things: Check for vacuum leaks and/or clean the MAF with MAF cleaner. If that doesn't solve any issues, get a new/different MAF.

Found it! It was my intake tube, it had slipped off a little, i guess because the hose clamp wasnt very tight, and the bottom half wasnt even connected to the MAF.
