    1989 L31 to 1997 vortec engine swap

    what will i need to make this work ???? want to keep the SFI

    You'll need to order this intake and that's all unless you want to add a little tuning but it will run fine without tuning, I've done quite a few of these.

    hey........that looks pretty good!!! thanks. But i was wanting to stay with the orginal intake for the vortec motor. individual injectors for each cylinder. I know someone has to make the harness for this to hook everything up. or will i have to use the computer off of the 97 to make this work????

    You'll need a newer computer for the injectors to work. I'd keep it simple and go with the TB intake. You won't gain going with the vortec SFI, just looks.
