removing stock slave for my t-56

hey all when i pulled my motor i pulled the whole assembly for the master cylinder with it because i want to reuse it for my t-56 i detached the tranny from the motor after taking it out and was checking out how it is connected to the slave there is a gold colored connector that i need to disconnect from the braided mastey cylinder line. Does anyone know what im talking about and how to get it off ill post pictures later tonight im just excited because i had heard this was a b**** but it might be easy now...! i had heard there is a tool to do it or you can use a couple screw drivers but i dont want to ruin it because thats more $$ and time i got to spend. thanks! k heres some pics
