Thread: 4.3 parts

    i have a 1999 4.3l v6 for sale parts or complete engine. engine has around 101,000 miles on it, so keep that in mind. if anyone wants a part, u r welcome to PM me or post. parts include but r not limited to:
    throttle body
    heads
    rotating assymbly
    block
    ac comp
    alternator
    PCM
    fan
    fan shroud
    all pulleys
    oil pan
    ANYTHING off the dang motor! motor does NOT run due to a stripped distributor gear.
    Make offers no set prices, and need a lil extra money.

    Do you have like a cheap aftermarket intake or anything? I&#39;m looking for CHEAP stuff to mod my 4.3 untill I can swap the engine. =P

    not for the 4.3 sorry, do have one for my v8 tho, it jst wont fit the 4.3 because its a front mount not top mount like the 4.3&#39;s is. i have a k and n drop in filter i&#39;d sell u for 20 bucks, but it works with the stock box only.

    I just had to replace the distributor in my &#39;01 4.3L due to this same thing. 4 of the teeth on the distributor stripped off and the engine wouldn&#39;t start. I just replaced the distributor and prayed that the cam gears weren&#39;t stripped also. So far so good and that was about 10,000 miles ago.

    Sorry, don&#39;t really want to buy anything, just thought I would relate that in case you were interested in fixing the motor.

    good info... i&#39;m not looking to fix in fact i think it&#39;s sold for 100 bucks haha. i&#39;m doing an lq4 swap instead, pretty good deal huh? break my v6, and just throw a 370 with 325 horses in it&#33; ill take it&#33;
